Carsten Lexa: Internationally Recognized Lawyer, Author and Digital Thought Leader

 

Carsten Lexa is the founder of "Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Lexa", a law firm specializing in legal advice in the areas of business and contract law (www.kanzlei-lexa.de). Before founding his law firm over 15 years ago, he launched two start-ups (one in web design, one in the entertainment industry). He is currently in the process of launching a new company in the field of e-commerce.

 

 

He is an ambassador of the most important German business award for medium-sized businesses, the "Großer Preis des Mittelstands", a lecturer for business law, business administration as well as for compliance at several universities and one of the initiators of the start-up initiative "Gründen@Würzburg" of the city of Würzburg (www.gruenden.wuerzburg.de).

 

 

Lexa writes in German and English for blogs and magazines such as www.basicthinking.de and www.commerciallawinternational.com about topics such as start-ups, business development and digitalization and has published 4 specialist books so far ("Fail", "Mehr Erfolg mit besseren Verträgen", "Fit für die digitale Zukunft", "So gewinnen Gründer ihre Pitches") in Springer Gabler-Verlag.

 

 

Lexa was chairman of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance (G20 YEA, www.g20yea.com) and thus spokesman for 500,000 young entrepreneurs in the G20 countries, member of the B20 task forces and member of the European SME Assembly at the invitation of the European Commission.

 

 

Carsten Lexa gives lectures in English and German on topics such as company formation, start-ups, failure and investments in companies, innovation mindset, presentations, international relations and contractual pitfalls, for example at Julius Maximilians University in Würzburg, at AAMD in Berlin, Saarland University, Westminster University in London, at INCMonterrey in Mexico and at HEC Montreal.
